Thematic Centers
The Thematic Centers bring together members in their second year at LMF with the purpose of improving the quality and depth of the reports produced. Each center focuses on a specific area of the Financial Market, such as M&A or Private Equity, developing projects in partnership with companies operating in those fields.

Private Equity
In the Private Equity Center, in partnership with HIG Capital, members analyzed the feasibility of a PE deal focused on the strategic acquisition of a stake in the technology company TOTVS.
M&A
No Núcleo de M&A, em parceria com a Fortezza Partners, os membros analisaram um possível deal de entre as empresas sucroenergéticas Jalles e São Martinho.
